Took this photos when I was still in Bacolod. I was so bored that time and was desperately looking for something to bother me. I saw this Children's Encyclopedia where it has a series of "common" inquiries about almost everything (matter, the Earth, History, Anatomy, Biology, etc) with scientifically based answers. A few of them caught my attention and I thought, a lot of grown ups are still caught up in these questions. I'm a sucker for films, but films very loved me so I had this photos processed to look like they're film pictures.
I was so fascinated at how big, and bright, the moon was last night even if it was just a day before full moon. So I took pictures of it using a 75-300mm lens which I just borrowed and here are the results.
Took this around 10-11 in the evening. It was cloudy that night but nonetheless, I was able to take a good photo of it. yay!
Settings:
Shutter: 1/500 sec.
Aperture f/10
ISO 400
Here's my mock of Blue Moon.
I post processed it using Adobe CS2 and added a blue filter. You can still see a few noise in this photo. I know I suck in post processing. This one's a different photo, by the way.
... I did nothing but took photos with the lovely fish eye lens. I promise, this is going to be a very lengthy post. :)
There was this online shop that my friend Arsteen found over at multiply that sells different kinds of camera accessories that we've been eyeing for. Just this Wednesday, I ordered a few filters, a fish eye lens, and two infrared remote shutter control (for me and Arsteen) then sent my payment on Thursday, notified the seller on Friday, and just this afternoon, I already got my package!!! SUPER YAY! Ang bilis dumating! :) Here are our test shots of the lovely fish eye lens.
Did a cosplay shoot with the Evangelista siblings. It was my first time to shoot portraits since my mom bought me a nice camera so basically I was soooo nervous before the shot. I think it turned out great naman. Here's Von Fritz Evangelista as Ryu and Metuzellah Evangelista as Chun Li. :)
Because it was someone's birthday earlier, the family went to Caribbean, an inland resort here in Bacolod City, for night swimming. Since I was busy enjoying the water, I only had a few photos from tonight's celebration. Will update when CJ's brother has already posted pictures of us soaking swimming.
I believe this is Poseidon, god of sea and earthquakes. We swam there... yes, in that 3+ ft. pool. *giggles like a kid*
This is Mica (left) and Callel (right). They're so cute together. Whatcha think?
As someone from the province, (I actually live in a city but they often refer people who live outside of Manila as probinsyano) we did an obligatory tour of Philippine's capital city.
When we went to Manila to visit my Tita Grace, I promised her that I'd take pictures of my cute little cousin as a gift. It was the first time that I saw Dean and I was really fascinated at how cute and big he was. His birth weight was 8lbs! Anyway, here are the pictures. I just had my camera that time hence the blurry photos.
